Steve and Carole Luber, the owners of Right at Home, are dedicated to providing a premium level of compassionate care to seniors and disabled adults in their community. They are committed to understanding each of their client's individual needs as well as what motivates them to seek quality in-home care. Steve and Carole's commitment to seniors stems from their personal story of caring for terminally ill parents while juggling the needs of growing children and busy careers. With a BA degree from Towson State University, Steve spent years learning the many facets of business working as a National Account Manager in the Telecom industry. Carole managed a busy household as a stay at home mom to 3 young children after working in the medical field for over 9 years. When each was faced with the difficult situation of a sick parent both Steve and Carole were struck by the real need for their families to obtain compassionate and competent in-home care. Right at Home enabled them to combine their business experience and passion for caring into a successful business that helps seniors remain independent, wherever they call home.
